I’m Shay, an art and creative director with over a decade of experience in branding, experiential design, and integrated campaigns. My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and rooted in purpose.
From brand launches to immersive activations, I lead with concept and strategy, and follow through with craft. I’ve developed creative for brands like Visit Utah, CommonSpirit Health, ArchWell Health, Marriott Hotels, and Salesforce. At Faktory, I helped reimagine the agency’s brand, sparking a 300% boost in engagement and contributing to its most profitable year and $10M acquisition.
Outside of work, I find inspiration in nature and with headphones on. You can probably find me hiking up mountains, rolling through the streets on skates, or filling my pack with cool rocks at the beach.
